The only way to solve this problem is to reset the "Pixel Code".

I invite you to delete the pixel in question, then create a new one and copy/paste the code to your website.

So here are the steps:

  1. Delete your site on Heyflow

  2. Add a new website

  3. Copy the new code and paste it to your website
